Intent → multi-layer plan → Proof. Directions: inbound, outbound, duplex.
POST /api/v1/wires
Mint a Wire Address (slug + secret + public URL).
POST /api/v1/ingress/:slug
Public inbound. Any system can POST JSON. Returns Proof.
GET /api/v1/proof/:id
Verify a proof receipt by id.

inbound → world posts into your Wire Address outbound → you Intent-send to a target system duplex → receive + plan reply (Loop)
